TEP Noodles

Ingredients #

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • Pack of noodles (we like straight udon)
  • Veggie stock
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Tomato paste
  • Spring onion
  • Oil (sunflower & sesame)

Instructions #

  • Fry the peppers in wok with sunflower oil
  • Rremove peppers and set asidge
  • Fry the eggs, remove and set aside before fully cooked
  • ⁠Cook tomatoes & peppers & white part of spring oninon with salt
  • ⁠Add ginger, garlic, tomato paste
  • ⁠Add veggie stock
  • ⁠Add eggs & sesame oil to finish
  • ⁠Add noodles to serve
